Chec cu mere "apple pie"
Ingrediente:
1 pahar de zahar
1 pahar de chefir
2 pahare de faina
3 linguri de ulei floarea soarelui
3 oua
2 mere curatite
1 lingurita de bicarbonat de sodiu
1 lingurita de coaja de lamaie
2 linguri de zahar pudra vanilat
Mod de preparare:
Se amesteca ouale cu zaharul, apoi se adauga chefirul, bicarbonatul de sodiu si coaja de lamaie razuita. Dupa care se adauga cate un pahar de faina cernuta si se malaxeaza ca sa se obtina un aluat adecvat pentru copt chec. Consistenta lui trebuie sa fie nici moale de tot nici densa de tot, mijlociu de moale. Se unge cu ulei vasul din multi cooker si se toarna aluatul, iar deasupra se adauga bucatelele de mere curatite din timp. Se coace la regimul " coacere" pana se va stinge aparatul " magic" cum imi place mie sa-i spun. :).
Dupa asta se rastoarna pe un platou checul si cand este rece se presoara cu zahar pudra vanilat.
Ingredients:

1 glass of kefir
2 cups flour
3 tbsp sunflower oil
3 eggs
2 apples cleaned
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons powdered sugar vanilla
Method of preparation:
